Using pre blended oils is a quick and cost- effective way for those wishing to add it to their other modalities. Essential oils are used within many varying practices and forms a good introduction to the uses of aromatherapy. This is a wonderful area to practice which will greatly add to your overall skills.

Most spa clinics will use pre blended oils along with their massage, however it is of great benefit to have an understanding of the essential oils themselves and their specific uses. This online course will focus on the health and safety use of using essential oils, the carrier oils which they can be found blended with, extraction methods and storage.

On completion you may want to further your knowledge on aromatherapy by enrolling onto our ESA blending of essential oils or go one step beyond this and commit to VTCT level 3 Aromatherapy. This advanced course covers aromatherapy history, a list of essential oils and their uses, extraction methods and chemical backgrounds. Here you will be taught how to blend your own oil blends for therapeutic use.
